What needed to change
When choosing a tutor, parents want to see clearly which grades, which subjects and how lessons are taught. The tutor’s approach needed to come across in a warm and clear way.
How we addressed it
We split the lessons by grade level and clearly showed the in-person and online options. The tutor’s approach, blog posts and an enquiry form sit in a single flow.
