Depo nexR: Smart Warehouse Management System

What needed to change

When a business runs several warehouses and records goods-in, sales, write-offs and free issues in separate books or spreadsheets, it becomes hard to see the real state of stock and cash. The owner needed to follow every warehouse from one screen, while the warehouse team needed to record movements quickly on site.

How we addressed it

Depo nexR keeps warehouse movements and cash flow in the same record. Purchases and sales entered by warehouse staff go through manager approval, and every approved movement is reflected automatically in stock, cash and account balances. The web panel and the iOS and Android apps work on the same system.
